ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW doesn’t apply and should not be used if you are using one of the most recent eScribe and DNA firmware versions, to change the materials on Temperature Control just lock the DNA device with 5 clicks, once it is locked hold down booth, plus, minus and fire button and select the material you want to use to vape with temperature control.

IMPORTANT: If your EScribe Version is lower then this one please install this version or you might have errors importing the files i have available here to EScribe.

WARNING:

The ecig file for each device is made to be opened under File menu on EScribe, with the device already connected to EScribe and then everything should be uploaded to the device.
Each profile downloaded on an zip folder is made to be Opened on the bottom of each profile if you prefer so but they are already included on the 1st major ecig file.
“curve must be strictly increasing” can occur if you load the profiles on the CSV File. You need to open them on the bottom of each profile clicking on “Load Profile”.
“curve must be strictly increasing” can also occur due to some bugs on the EScribe application and if you have it please watch the 2nd video provided on this page.

Findings on DNA 200

Here are my findings on the DNA200:

 

Regarding the temperature, in my opinion if you setup your Temperature Control profiles with the TCR of each type of wire, you will have an more accurate temperature and more stable vape as you can see on my testing below:

 

DNA 200 TC Tests:
(TCR is using each wire TCR added on the “Special” Button under each profile on Escribe Software)
(CSV is using the CSV files downloaded from Steam Engine)

 

All tests where conducted with the temperature of 400ºF

 

NI200:
TCR: 397ºF
CSV: 389ºF

 

Titanium:
TCR: 403ºF
CSV: 429ºF

 

304SS:
TCR: 401ºF
CSV: 395ºF

 

316LSS:
TCR: 404ºF
(0.00100 instead of 0.00092 DNA200 doesn’t allow that TCR)
CSV: 387ºF
